Gillespie Group is proud to announce our partnership with Dr. Marianne Ritchie. Dr. Ritchie graduated from Thomas Jefferson University. Following this, she trained in Gastroenterology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She has practiced medicine in Philadelphia for over 30 years. To promote colon cancer awareness, Dr. Ritchie founded the Blue Lights Campaign. This campaign aims to inspire people to get screenings to prevent colon cancer.

Dr. Marianne Ritchie, MD will host “Your Radio Doctor,” an hour-long radio show discussing medical related issues first aired Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on 1210 WPHT-AM The Big Talker. Every Sunday, Dr. Ritchie and her guest will discuss a topic, host a guest and field questions to help raise public awareness about the subject at hand.

This will be the market’s only all-medical radio program, airing on Sunday mornings, one of radio’s most popular time slots. She has so far spoken with Dr. Howard H. Weitz, host of the Consult Guys and Dr. Michael Savage, Professor of Cardiology and Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. In the coming weeks, she will speak with Dr. Rohinton Morris, Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University, Dr. Reggie Ho and Dr. David Shippon.

Tune in each Sunday for an engaging discussion about our health and the doctors leading the way to improve it
