How much do you feel your work is worth? How about the stock photography you use in your work? Well, how about the photos you take on your phone while traversing through your day to day life?

Well, the creators of the new iPhone application FOAP feel that those photos are worth $10 each, and they are nice enough to split that profit with you. The application allows you to upload photos directly from your phone for review and acceptance into the market place. Once accepted, the photos are available for purchase by 3rd party as royalty free stock images. There is no limit to the number of times one of your photos can be downloaded, which many you have the opportunity to make a good bit of change off of a popular photo.

So what do you think? Is this yet another door opened to the cheapening of the creative industry? Is this a lawsuit waiting to happen?
