Our 2014 Gillespie Group Oscar Contest was an unprecedented year with an impressive number of correct answers submitted across all categories for the 53rd Annual Academy Awards. With an increasing number of entries we knew the competition would be strong, but we could have imagined just how close it would be.

When all of the votes were in and the Academy Award winners were announced, we had 4 of our entries receiving perfect scores, correctly predicting the winner in each category. Closely following them was a group of 14 submissions whom only missed one prediction, narrowly missing out their chance to take the top prize.

This forced us to randomly select our grand prize winner and runners up out of our group of 4 top predictors. And the winners for this year are …
